Public Collections offers an easier and more cost effective solution for businesses to collect those smaller debts. Public Collections helps small businesses, freelancers, and independent contractors create claims against other companies who owe them money, by publicly posting their claim on the Public Collections website.

Promoting transparency in the marketplace

Posting claims to the open public will provide incentive to the non-paying customer to resolve the claim, and pay their debts. Public Collections also serves as a research tool for businesses to see if a new client has a history of not paying, and/or currently has outstanding debt.
